Al Sedra Company was established in 2002, but its Mechanical Air Conditioning and Ventilation Department was established in 2014. The company has achieved success in all areas of central air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, including supplying, installing, and maintaining central air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for apartments, villas, complexes, and buildings across Kuwait. Due to its remarkable success, an independent branch was established in 2015. As a result of the company's expansion and success, a new company encompassing all mechanical works, including central air conditioning, sanitary works, mechanical ventilation, fire prevention, and its derivatives, was established in 2018. Additionally, the company is a distributor for major air conditioning companies in the Kuwaiti market :
